As an Executive Director of Investments, you will be responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies in Southeast Asia, with a focus on the new economy sectors, including e-commerce and its supporting infrastructure, consumer retail, fintech, and renewable energy. You will also be responsible for managing portfolio companies, building relationships with entrepreneurs, and working with the investment team to drive value creation and exit strategies.

- Develop and implement investment strategies in Southeast Asia, with a focus on the new economy sectors
- Manage portfolio companies, including building relationships with entrepreneurs and working with the investment team to drive value creation and exit strategies
- Build and maintain a network of entrepreneurs and industry experts in the region
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial and market analysis
- Participate in fundraising efforts for new funds
- Lead the investment team to develop investment strategies and manage the investment process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or related field
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market and investment landscape
- Demonstrated experience in deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution
- Proven ability to manage relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
