Responsibilities:

• Continually document the existing process flows for Wealth Management operational processes through periodic Map & Measure exercise within Wealth Management Operations.

• Track manual touch points and pain points in the process working together with Operations Work Stream Leads.

• Manage the delivery of Wealth Management Operations projects and initiatives and track central inventory of initiatives that Wealth Management Operations is involved in.

• Build a business case for automation of manual processes and explore various solutions including tactical small automation projects leveraging own or team tech skills.

• Represent the automation ask for Wealth Management Operations team with the Wealth Management Transformation team and continually work for prioritization of automation asks.

• Work with IT partners to track utilization of automation budget for Wealth Management Operations and challenge and critically review alternative solutions and IT effort estimates.

• Work with Wealth Management Operations Head and team leads to track overall operations work effort and develop a model to determine work drivers and assist in proactive resource management.

• Track productivity targets for Wealth Management Operations and ensure delivery of the productivity gains through re-engineering and automation projects.

• Track digital adoption within the team and help drive innovative and paperless processes.

• Help drive a culture change within Wealth Management Operations team to embrace continual process improvement mindset and enable transformation champions within the teams.

• Help Wealth Management Operations establish a proactive internal stakeholder management framework - manage periodic review meetings with internal stakeholders, collate and present materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 to 15 years' experience in BA or Transformation roles with exposure to Wealth Management products and processes.

• Ability to work with a small team and/or in an individual contributor capacity.

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence outcomes.

• Ability to work with business and other functional partners, understand business context.

• Comfortable with tight deadlines and pressure.

• Ability to tell the Operations story with the use of MS Office materials as needed.

• Inquisitive, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Track record of being involved in budget tracking, resource and location strategy.

• Ability to deliver tactical small automation initiatives through the use of Python, Share Point, Power BI, or basic Macros or other automation tools such as RPA is an added advantage.
