Marketing lead for OCBC's high net worth customer segments, Premier Banking and Premier Private Client.
Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing strategy to drive brand health, client acquisition, client engagement and sales and revenue growth for Premier Banking and Premier Private Client in Singapore and regional markets.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including segment, product, analytics, legal and compliance teams, and external agencies to ensure timely and effective planning, developing and delivery of marketing projects and campaigns.
- Review, plan and develop client tools and assets to deepen client engagement and support delivery of business growth.
- Lead the events calendar and execution to ensure business objectives are achieved and strong return on investment post event.
- Lead and manage the mix of traditional and digital marketing investments and work closely with media agencies to optimise marketing spend.
- Marketing budget management to ensure lowest cost per acquisition and effectiveness in marketing spend.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- At least 10 years marketing experience, preferably in a financial institution
- Experience in HNW client segments and strong understanding of banking and investments will be an advantage.
- Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
- Great communication skills and able to manage dynamics of internal and external stakeholders
- Project management skills and experience in managing creative and media agencies
- Strong business acumen and agile in adapting to changing environments and needs.
- Digitally savvy and have Martech platforms experience.
