Principal Responsibilities
- As a data analyst for Wealth and Customer, you will be key in shaping the growth story and trajectory of the Affluent portfolio, by harnessing the rich datasets available to generate insights about the Affluent portfolio
- Enhance the Customer Lifecycle engagement framework and strategy through data, insights, and propensity models
- You will be the owner of wealth and customer related business intelligence dashboards, leveraging the data to identify trends, achievements, opportunities and challenges within the portfolio.
- Actively promote data-driven approach to address business issues, while seeking out qualitative and unstructured data to provide holistic insights and understanding of issues
- Responsible for End-to-End delivery of analytics solution, from ideation to commercialization to drive measurable incremental benefits
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to test new campaigns, and work hand in hand with campaigns team on criteria selection and leads deployment
- Adept at transposing data and numbers into meaningful and relevant concepts for stakeholders, and proficient with data visualization
- Comfortable working in Agile methodology within cross functional teams to work in sprints and deliver outcomes progressively
- Skilled in using analytical platforms such as SAS and GCP for delivery of analytical solutions
- Able to manage multiple project implementation and monitor progress against plan independently
- Strong team player with good stakeholder management skills
- Possess detailed technical knowledge and expertise on processing of banking products to generate model and extract value added views on hidden opportunities
- Proficient with Python and SQL to perform ETL, data exploration and campaigns analysis
- Experience with Qlik sense dashboard development to create self-serve dashboard capabilities would be a plus
- Experience with developing Machine Learning models would be a plus
- To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required
- 3-5 years of data analytics experiences will be an added advantage to the role
