This job description is focused on the role of Head of Loan Solutions APAC.
Within the Private Capital department, the main responsibilities of the Head of Loan Solutions APAC are:
- To act as a key expert on Loan Administration from loan contract understanding to accounting impacts and capacity to share those skills and knowledge with a specialized team
- To be responsible of the budget follow-up, human resources management, Key Performance indicators and quality follow-up, incident management, risk management
- To manage transversal issues, internally and externally, within the bank and with external counterparties
- To represent private Capital Department in client/prospect, external meetings and actively work in collaboration with our Product & Solutions team but also be part of the client journey as SMEs.
- To be the escalation point of contact for the client in Loan Administration Tasks
Team Management and Build
- Be able to develop a robust Loan Administration team by sharing personal knowledge and assist technical expertise challenging topic as a role model

Profile
- Bachelor degree
- Relevant experience in the fields of Private Capital and Debt
- Expertize in debt and especially direct lending type of loans (unitranche, distressed, etc.)
- Fluent in English, other languages will be considered as an asset
