Responsibilities:
  • Work on corporate development projects - JVs, Investments, M&A, Acquisitions, divestitures, strategy development, commercial viability, new business development at the corporate and business unit level
  • Involvement in technical work i.e reviewing due diligence reports on financial, tax, legal and technical matters, project management, review of documentation, completion and integration arrangements. Able to translate the issues identified into structuring, valuation and negotiation solutions.
  • Work along the senior management, C-suite and head of team in competitive bid processes, bilateral transactions and organic development projects. Work with other internal stakeholders to execute and bring deals to a close
  • Conduct financial modelling to assess / support investment decisions, regional businesses and acquisitions; present financial analysis to key stakeholders
  • Prepare regular sector research to keep apprised of updated trends and market news/information including the review and analysis of financial, market information and analyst reports


Job requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • MANDATORY: M&A experience in Corporate Finance/ advisory firms/ buyside/ Private Equity/ laterally in other corporate firms in their internal M&A or Corporate Development team / project finance / investment banking
  • Sector experience in energy, power, utilities, infrastructure, oil & gas will be advantageous
  • Able to build financial models, not more than 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Open to all sectors, generalist welcome to apply

  • Good in presentations, negotiation and have exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
