Role Responsibilities
Define key responsibilities to reflect the duties and responsibilities of this role.

  • To support the Head, Employee Banking in formulation of country strategies, execution, delivery of Employee Banking CVP, Sales Performance Management, and campaign management.
  • Role entails taking ownership to drive initiatives to support the Affluent Clients CVP.
  • Contribute to planning and launching proposition initiatives and implementing business strategies of Employee Banking in alignment with Country directives to achieve business targets
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across products, segments, marketing, and others on supporting the execution of our proposition initiatives
  • Review and formulate the country EB CVP strategies based on key customer insights and market competition
  • Develop analysis on our Employee Banking clienteles and provide insights on our acquisition performance, utilize insights to enhance the existing offerings and to achieve business objectives on proposition differentiation, customer usage and satisfaction
